I am looking for a place to host small workshops for programming. Something that has desks and will hold 10-15 people and is relatively inexpensive. It doesn't need to have computers, desks to put laptops on should be fine. Does anyone have any ideas?

Much appreciated,
Ron

Hotel conference rooms- not only do they have big ballrooms, but also smaller rooms the size you are seeking. I have a vendor who sets up shop in the Raddison on 33rd & Broadway when they are in town. They are cheap so I doubt the room is that expensive! It just had one large conference table, not individual desks, but easy to have multiple laptops on the table.

I hadn't thought of hotel conference rooms, they may have projectors too. Thanks!
