Hey guys

I bought broadway musical tickets for lion king for my parents but now they are no longer coming to visit NYC. I would love to watch it for myself but I will be working that day.

Since I cannot get a refund, I'm wondering if there's a way to sell it individually and "legally"

I'm looking for sites where there are no hidden fees for selling. Is craiglist my best bet?

You'll have to pay some fees, but I would go with StubHub..

Agree - I've used StubHub to sell tickets and it worked out perfectly.

The Disney shows on Broadway do actually let you exchange tickets for another date, if you did want to go on a day you're not working. There is a $12 per ticket exchange fee though.

That's a worthwhile tidbit that Disney lets you switch.

I just wanted to add that I think it's perfectly legal to re-sell, as long as you're not scalping, right? I see tickets sold on Craigslist all the time.

You can list them on ebay also but you have to set up and account and ebay gets a cut.

I also recommend Stub Hub. Or you can try listing on Craigslist.
