3 types of New Yorkers (reminds me of this forum) (Lincoln: crime, neighborhood)

Actually I think he forgot about the actual native New Yorkers, the ones who were born here and still like it here!In NYC,Suketu Mehta Sees That Immigration Works - Newsweek

the people who act as if they were born here, who have a sense of entitlement about the city even if they arrived here after college;
the people who are here and wish to be elsewhere, so toxic has it become for them;

Touche, he did forgot about us (the native New Yorkers). But in the end, you can always separate the natives from the people who pretend they were born here. When I was in Los Angeles (never going there again..... that city and I disagree on so many levels) there was a guy at a bar telling people he was from the rough, crime ridden neighborhood of Hells Kitchen, Brooklyn and he had to drive through the Lincoln Tunnel to get to work every day. Either epic lie or he was mad drunk.
