Theres an area in Brooklyn where my cousin used 2 live i think it was called Monroe...How is that area?

There's no neighborhood w/ that name in Brooklyn, or NYC in general.

The only Monroe that I'm familiar w/ is in Bed-Stuy, named Monroe St., which runs from Classon to Broadway.
