I've living in chinatown for 18 years and I can tell you that it's a very safe place. Everyone just go on with their own business and no one wants any trouble, usually is the people from other places that start up troubles with us. It's always crowded especially due to the inter-state and casino buses and the people lining up waiting. So don't look lost and try to walk a bit faster, coz for me personally, I hate slow walking tourist on my way....hahaha
