I hate! hate! hate! summers in the city. Its the humidity that gets to me!
The # 1 thing I hate the most about the east coast is the humidity in the summer time.
I've noticed that this summer, lots of places like restaurants & nail salons r lowing their AC, it's enough to be comfy for the first 10 mins then u begin to feel the heat. Sucks!
Doesn't crime go up in the summer? The heat makes pple crazy, that is why they are always fighting on the middle east. Lol
2 water pills for my blood pressure. any irritation i have with the hot weather is now much worse!!! yes my local Starbucks never seems to have the AC on when it should be and neither do the other stores in the area
I can't stand summertime in any borough....in any CITY, for that matter. Hell, I can't stand summertime period. Way. Too. Hot.
I suggest you visit the Pacific NorthWest in the Summer time! Especially, Seattle because it is absolutely breath taking and serene! Portland is nice too And then of course if you can visit Vancover, u wont regret ut! Those cities have wonderful places to visit locally to take in the fresh weather!
I am so jealous!! I am hoping to move to So Cal in the next year or two. Can't wait to leave NYC
Me too !! i am waiting to retire, because I am going to Palm Springs. I am counting the days. the dryness there at 122 degrees was sheer heaven. The humidity here is awful.
I would rather winter, and i hate the cold, but at least with the heat on, you can still open a window and get some fresh air.
i feel like I am in a tube with the a/c on and windows closed all the time, like what is the point of summer if your always in, in the a/c.
Although it's really hot, the biggest thing I hate about the summer in NYC is how crazy everyone gets. There's too much drama that pops up out of nowhere.
