The father was indicted for felony second-degree assault. He had a number of other arrests and convictions, and I think had been released from prison not so long before.
They have not brought charges against the workers, who, the grand jury agreed at least to an extent, had acted in self-defense. |

The son ISAYAH did not attack anyone with a showel (his father Andre Muller did) but was the one who got macheted. But I agree his fists were not excatly the hands of Eva Mendez either. |
