Hi Brucknerchick, I had picked the 13th floor and yes BBTB I was approved since June and gave my deposit then to hold my unit.

Hotblue you should take the studio for now I saw them and they are not much bigger then the 1 bedroom and the closet is HUGE in the studio.

I had picked the same floor as well... an is no longer available..... so now I'm just waiting... they have my approval letter from HDC and everything !!! I'm so angry !!!!!

That's how I felt the day I was singing my lease I was furious and disappointed I told them what was the point of giving a deposit 3 months ago to hold a unit. I'm so disgusted with these people it has ruined my whole mood about moving into a new building.
