ohh ohh!..hotblue im sure that alot of people will follow-suit,but im still thinking..WHY!..you hav'nt gotton your lease yet!?..usually when someone gives a down payment on a apartment and..thats normally not the norm..but why someone get keys..and no-lease?..and BBTB-do have a reputation of corruptness! example: taking under the table monies!..and when they do their audits-investigations..what then?? when I went to la-terrazza..they wanted 2 money orders..and I left with a copy of my lease in my hands-they did'nt tell me its coming in the-mail..well since its like that! how do you know how much rent to fork over every month?..did you get your statement yet?..call them and see when are they sending your-lease..and dont you has to sign it?..or is it your co-signer?...so do the co-sighner live with you?..because legally..its their apartment!...its like getting a car...if you re-neg on the payments..or fall behind...the burden usually falls on the back-up person...and what if the co-signer wants the apartment?..can he legally sue?..im just asking.

..damm!..if the police come knocking on your door-and ask who's apartment is this!..what proof do you have?..thats scary..thats why its important to have your lease!.. real talk

the people they had working there was working for their welfare-check and food stamps!..so if they can get a 1-shot deal for say $3,000.00 dollars by taking a under the table payout..because they knew who approach with such deals!..them africkins!!..because they'll pay and their favorite word is no-PROBLEM!!!

Deli u pose great questions. Would love answers too. That's crazy not having a lease in hand but having keys. How they send lease in mail n they not even allowed to use mailbox until a certain percent full. This building is nuts lol

..all them people who shammed their way into BBTB-when the d.o.i come-knocking!..you better have a lease in your hand!..or its in the STREET! for you..thats-SURE!

..for those who dont understand!..on the-SQUAT!..means you're living in a apartment-that you dont have legal rights too!..thats why the lease is so important!..it has all kinds of provisions and regulations..and other contractual means!..what if something was to happen..like a gas/stove explosion??..how can you pursue a lawsuit-if the apartment you cant provide proof!..its even yours!? o.k-another example: let your cousin or brother stay there for 30-40 days and he refuse to leave!..you cant PUT! him out!..because the first thing the housing judge is going to ask you is/for..is wheres your lease!!..and if you dont/cant produce that!..theres no case to go-forward!...dont you agree!?

Thank you me deli! Ur not all jokes as I perceived lmaooo just kidding. But seriously u right. Not to keep picking on hotblue but if he's telling the truth and didn't pay under table or wateva, when they investigate all tenants if he don't have that stack of papers (lease) he's outta here
