Well, if it's like that , I'm very sure that the main people that I spoke about my issue was HDC, that I have in records. they can over and do the squat! I'm ready, cuz if I'm going down I'm taking all of them with me.! I can deal with shelters and other stuff, but they are not going to have that privilege , cuz they going to federal jail for bribery . In terms with the law I'm fine, cuz I have some good back up!! Anyway it needs to happend.now, not next year!!!
Hey Deli..... As far as them making you wait for your copy of the lease is true. I experienced that here when I moved into North Rose. It came in the mail about a month later. I was a little leary about having to wait especially when they make you sign 2 leases there at the office. So there is some truth to what Hotblue is saying. As far as those that got into BBTB illegally, I wondered what legal action Wavecrest can take to either get them evicted or have them pay market rate for their apt size. Deli did you put food in the house in prepation for the nasty weather tomorrow?
Moneboo.... No sweetie I wasn't saying you would have to wait a year before your called for St. Anns. I'm saying I hope they call me sometime next year bc I still have 11 months left on my lease. Idk why you bother calling them bc the operator is good for transferring you even before you get your entire sentence out of your mouth.
..im saying if you been in THAT apartment more than 30-days!..wheres the lease!?..because through the mail-its only 2-3 days!..lets be realistic!..and if they gonna mail it-they better do it before the postage stamp fee jump 2-pennies in january!..and if they was'nt cheap!..they'll overnight it via/fed-ex-or u.p.s !..and its not coming from over-seas!..you can go to the stationary store on 149st/melrose ave and buy a lease for $3-dollars,and draft it up yourself!..but it has to get noterized for another $3 dollars..do that then!..but you're gonna have to put the co-signer's name on it too!..and bring I.D damm!..wheres mom2be???she lives there!..she moved in last month...we'll get somewhere with her..sure!

..what that!/..hotblue is on the-square!?..well i was only trying to see why they doing it like that...im not instigating...so I had a few apartments in my day..and I never had to wait for no lease to come in the mail...once i forked over them green-back$!..i left the office with my lease and the keys!...remember back in the days..when you went to a reality store in the hood-and they had you drive with them to see the apartment!?..if you liked it-you had your 1 months rent..1 month security..and possibly 1 month brokers-fee!?..thats how i gotton my last 2 apartments!..they didnt go through credit-check or nothing..just show your check-stubs!!..BAMM!!..heres your keys and 2-mouse traps!.
