..im hooked on forum-im addicted!...well the weather is about to-FLIP!..its getting nippy out there..so i wonder if constuction on la-verde will have a slow-down!..lucky for them-the building's outside is 85% done...all that needs attention is the inside..I quess the 1st tenants will be ready ta move in by may-june..so prettyk-did you apply??

that building is beautiful and I didn't appy bc I'm already in an apt so idk how that works

yeah!/ I like it too..but its going to be crowded with people-kids..I dont really like huge large buildings..too much noise!..well im off to go food shopping.im hungry..well you have a pleasant nice weekend-and dont forget to turn your clock-back!,

Moneboo.... I drove past St. Anns this morning and noticed there's a banner hanging outside the building stating they're renting apts at " Market Rates". I guess they're not getting the amount of qualified tenants.
