So I live in Brooklyn, but for the summer I go down to the Jersey Shore (yeah I'm a benny, big whoop wanna fight about it?). Anyway, some friends and I were driving on the Garden State Parkway tonight between exits 105 and 100 and saw a Crown Vic NYC taxi. This was no mistake, it wasn't just any yellow cab, it had the NYC decals on it. Of course, this could have been fake, but I find that very unlikely.
So whats the farthest place from NYC you've seen its Yellow cabs? And no, this story doesn't count . You have to see it personally

A few years ago I saw one on Kirkwood Highway in Delaware. No idea why it was there.

I love stories like this! Didn't some MTA bus driver, years ago, up and decide to drive his bus to Florida?

Really, how would that work? That definitely wouldn't be allowed. Also, the MTA expects the busses back in the depot at the end of the shift. Unless this bus MTA driver owned his own bus for fun, which isn't so hard to believe. I might consider doing that
anyway i searched on google and couldn't find an article

Default Kirkwood Hwy!!

I went to the University of Del 83-87. I remember Kirkwood Hwy. what an unassuming place for a NY City cab to be!!

It was more than a few years ago and it wasn't the MTA, but it happened.
