Three guys came out of nowhere and robbed me right on the platform. One punched me in the stomach and then asked me for my money and watch. I gave it to him and they ran. This was at 230 or so I just got back from the police station Be careful

Default always upsetting to hear of

subway crimes committed in stations that are in conservative neighborhoods. remember the Brian Watkins tragedy 21 years ago at 7th Avenue and 53rd street?

Surprised you got robbed in a Brooklyn subway station.The overwhelming majority of subway crime happens in midtown.

Would NOT have happened here in Nevada.
I don't go to my mailbox without my .40 cal on my side.
NYC does not care for your safety. If they did they'd allow you to be armed.

After 40 years of living in the city, I'm glad I left.

Nothing says "safe" like needing a hand cannon to check your own mail.

dude has one up on us in "blue" states..he may not need to wear a gun, but, at least he can if he wants to. he's able to exercise his full rights as a citizen of this country, and here in NY we can't, so, I'd say he's "enjoying" the wild west quite well. OP: sorry that happened to ya. like I said in that NYC crime thread, it's much worse than we're being told..
