Our last apts. management comp. is trying to charge us over 2 months rent after we moved out!! plus, for painting the apt, and legal fees dated 3 months after we moved and we haven't gone to court for...
Can we sue them for all this??

Sure, why not ? You can sue anyone for anything in this country ! You'll probably lose but at least you'll kill some time, right ?

You say these charges are illegal but the landlord obviously thinks they are legal so take it to judge judy.

What are you actually planning on suing for ? Pain and mental suffering ?

Did you break the lease and move out before the end of your lease? This may be why they are charging you two months rent, because you owed it to them under the terms of the lease. Is this possible?

Not enough information to go on.

Did you pay a security deposit?
Did you break your lease?
What are the "legal fees"?

etc. etc.
