No.

Pprospect Heights is a neighborhood physically between Park Slope and Crown Heights. Flatbush Avenue is the dividing line between Park Slope and Prospect Heights (though some will say Vanderbilt Avenue). Bedford Avenue is the dividing line between Prospect Heights and Crown Heights (though some might say Franlin Ave.).

Gowanus is an area, generally surrounding the Gowanus Canal, and is a part of the overall area of 'South Brooklyn', comprising of Cobble Hill, Caril Gardens, Boerum Hill, Red Hook, and Gowanus. The area begins just south of Brooklyn Heights, starting at Atlantic Avenue.
