Exclamation HDC,HPD ,HUD , affordable housing fix ups!!

It's overwhelming , to search a place to live that can't meet you're benefits.
1. Incomes : less, more, and sometimes the place is not of youre comfort .
2. Locations : very hard to find a safety neighborhood that meets you're
income.
3. process: investigations takes long, sometimes never done.
4. Conclusion : most of the affordable housing programs , never match .to all peoples request.
And here comes the bomb!!!
Most of this programs are working with the city. And most of those programs you have people that works for you with passion. Others they don't care. And the last of others are totally corruptive!!!!!
So who is to benefit from this programs?? Money talks all the time . There several places where people pays under the table , agents that jumps applications from other people. Some of this buildings affordable are located , on some bad neighborhoods. Others people can't live on it cuz to expensive.and others exceed the max income. Everybody knows the process about application , and most of problems are cuz of the citys workers . They take forever just to send you a letter or a call just to say yes or no.now my big question : Can we Trust on the city? All programs , and all developers??

It is a frustrating mess and only the strong survive. There is all kinds of corruption at every level, both private and public and dollars under the table ALWAYS speak loudly.
The corruption exists on all levels of alphabet agencies as well as private landlords trying to circumvent rent regulations.

It took me almost 20 years to get something that suited my needs and was affordable by my standards.

It is a lot easier if you inherit a few hundred $million and can buy or rent anything you want without kissing any asses or greasing any palms.

Really the amount of energy that New Yorkers spend trying to keep a roof over their heads, if expended elsewhere, could have put a manned colony on Uranus or cured cancer.

I agree 100% . And people always ask why a city with so much power is loose out of control? and The TRUST that the world has on it!! When foreigners comes to see, that the city of their dreams is totally a hell . !!! Disappointed and shamed whoever stands for this country . And whats the reason to fight for it when in the back is our own nation betraying us.NewYork could be motherworld! But is the devils world. And people might do Fun about it. But where is the trust? Where's the dignity ? All moral values are on the ground. Something that people has to have in mind. What goes around , it comes around. Money will never last forever !!
