Rich and not much apartment wise. It's the first stop on the F so it's quite a long trip subway wise.

It's very nice, more so in the northern portions though. I would assume parking in that area isn't as bad as most neighborhoods.

Elmhurst, middle class working people. A lot of asians, some good food. Rents are decent. Not as fancy as a Rego Park or a Forest Hills but deff livable. My friend when he was in Med School lived in Elmhurst. He seemed very happy with it.

Woodside all I know is it's pretty ethnic. Has some decent subway service plus the LIRR. Rents are decent as well and I haven't felt unsafe but I was only there for an interview.

Both are heavily overcrowded Asian/Latino immigrant strongholds. Parking is some of the worst in the city. I assume Woodside has better parking then Elmhurst though. Woodside is somewhat more suburban.

Better then Elmhurst, but still pretty bad. Forest Hills is the best of the bunch but they are all nice areas. I assume parking in FH is also somewhat better even though it's still pretty bad [especially over by Austin Street].

It's a good neighborhood for Black families [especially compared to the other Black hoods in the city], but I wouldn't recommend it for a White person.

Whoa, I'd jump on that, especially being that you have a car. I doubt you're going to get a better deal, regardless of the size of the place.

I've seen some pretty teeny tiny 2 bedrooms that they want 2500 and up for around Rego Park. and Forest Hills.

Get it!
