Anyone advise of a decent Laundry near 8TH ST & University Place? Preferably one that does drop off service?

This is CLOSE to there:
West 8 Street between right off of 6 ave.
Macdougal Alley.

The actual address would be ON Macdougal Alley between Waverly and West 8 Street.

That place does pick up and drop off I think.

Once upon a time, people used this strange, possibly alien tool called the "Yellow Pages" to find local services. Apparently, that era has ended. (I know, I know--I'm a dinosaur, because I don't ask strangers on the internet using pseudonyms to find things for me!)

I just staggered onto this thread and felt like helping but I thought the same thing.
I was wondering if the OP was next gonna ask me if I knew the phone number.
I would've torn him up with my surely to be deleted next post.

It's been two days since he started the thread; I hope he found that laundromat (there's nothing worse than letting dirty laundry pile up!)

Hey Fred314X, don't be so high-tech as the yellow pages with your services-finding!

I suspect that if the OP just stepped away from the computer and walked outside, he'd find a veritable cornucopia of laundromats within a few blocks!

Does anybody know the phone number of the chocolate store on 172 West 4th Street called Varsano's? I thought i asked here instead of searching on my own on google or 411 or the yellow pages or going back to the store for more chocolate and a business card or etc. The name is Varsano's Chocolates and they're in the West 4th area. I hope someone knows.

Do they still physically publish the Yellow Pages???

In any case, I wouldn't mind asking Internet strangers for laundromat advice. Surgeon or dentist recommendations--OK, that's another thing.
