Hilarious.This has to be a joke.

I love the 720/mo for rent and utilities in a 2 br totally renovated apartment 15 mins from Union SQ almost as much as the 125/mo(31/wk) for groceries and saving 445/mo on a gross salary of 36,000/yr.

I didn't read the article, but Mott Haven (specifically Port Morris) just about gives you a 15 minute commute on the express to Union Sq, and rent of $720 per person for a 2 bedroom renovated apt..although that is likely not including utilities.
