Yep. Not that anyone in that area takes care of anything. In the ghetto, planters and tree pits are just another place to throw trash. And people are surprised when the city doesn't invest as much in these areas.

over the 174th street, Bruckner and Westchester Avenue drawbridges like in Soundview? obviously rough, but as rough and as dangerous as the immediate area on the W Farms/Longwood side?
