Don't worry about becoming addicted, because City-Data is a very useful site. Where else are you going to find out that every city has the worst crime, the worst drivers, and the rudest people?

You know you're addicted when pm's replace texts and emails as a form of communication between you and another person.

Yes I'm talking to you, D.

However sometimes when work is busy you don't have a choice.

Default It is!

I do not have facebook, And still mostly use a disc-man for music. I am a bit of a caveman. But this site is a great community that I very much enjoy being a part of , With great people and a wide range of subjects and advice. In fact:

I had never met ANYONE over the net, Which is probably obvious from the above. I met my Girlfriend right here. So happy I took that opportunity to meet her IRL.

I went to a CD meetup about 2 months later. Everyone was terrific company and good people.

A pint raised to C-D. Three cheers!!

Another C-D addict here. All this talk of classic videogame systems got me thinkin about new cases of Atari 2600 boxes I saw being sold at a Rite Aid on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights. I might play Mortal Kombat 2 on my Sega Genesis tonight.
