Hello All,
I've had an app in at this development since the 11/12/2011, they needed a one doc from me, which I delivered on the 11/16/2011. Spoke with wavecrest on 11/22/2011, was advised that there waiting on the city. Does anyone know about that process, or the time is takes? In addition was anyone rejected at the second stage?

Default Assigned Apartment 11-30-2011

-11/30/2011- I received a call today regarding my application and was advised that I was assigned a 1 bedroom apartment. I have to go and see it on Saturday. I am still new to this process never selected an apartment this way.

I trying to understand the apartment assignment language, I.E. they just assign any one bedroom to me. I don't get to select layout, view, or floor is this how the process works in HDC finance buildings?

P.S. I am not complaining, because given my economic situation this is a blessing for me. I just like to get a perspective on things.

Remember no matter how hard things get in life for you, don't ever stop believing in yourself or give up. It doesn't stay that way forever - be humble.

Stay on em, what you're doing is the right thing. They'll be sure not to return calls of people who haven't shown any interest.

Hi, I see if you gave all youre paperwork already and was sent to the city and has been this long already , should call youre agent any other single week, until you get some answers, other wise call HDC and speak with Alex Medina. 212-227-2441. I told you on the begining that the process is kind of long. Plus don't stop applying for other buildings just waithing for that one.in my case I wait 4 months to get approval and move in..( a long story)!! Anyway keep calling!!!
