So, I purposely have eschewed a full-time job and thus can only show some Landlord or real estate agent check stubs for the last 4-5 months. I work as an independent contractor. Would this be a huuuuuuuge problem?

BTW, I've already set-aside what seems like it would be enough money for at least one year at my new, yet to be found, place.
