The Starbucks on Dey between Broadway and Church St often have more people in the restroom line than the customer line.

Must be a too close to the Financial District thing.

Agreed. Any business that doesn't allow me to use their restroom as a paying customer will never get my business!

Thankfully, I am female. I've never really had a problem finding a bathroom even if the establishment's sign does say "For Customers Only".
