Not necessarily. You would most likely be given an officers chart, or depending on the district, an A B chart. Which is your chart day alternates between wednesday and Saturday

Only if you have your chart moved. That does not always happen, especially when it snows

If you signed in at your district and then was sent to another garage then you don't get the 4 hours. You only get the 4 hours if you go out of your zone (QE to QW, BK N to BK S) etc etc.

All these questions should be asked to your shop steward or supers clerk or even the garage foreman who does your payroll. imo.

Fyi IMO do not buy Nike acg boots. I spent $150 plus tax and after 3 months the leather fell apart from just walking. Spent $16 to mail them in for a warranty claim and they said the boots were worn out and denied my claim. Timberland pros here I come ! (Redwings next year) the acg's were super comfortable but if they don't keep my feet dry they are worthless.

I like the acg's for the summer...I mostly wear wolverine's, but timberland has some new boots that are actually pretty good...rotating boots is important and your best bet as well.
