Not Morrisania cuz it's west of Webster Ave.

Last year the area was listed as Mount Eden in Wikipedia a subsection of Concourse, now theres no mention about a neighborhood named Concourse on that page! I hate Wikipedia and it's not to be trusted anymore when it comes to area boundaries.

According to Wikipedia the immediate area north of Bruckner around the Hunts Point Ave. subway station is not Hunts Point anymore!!! What is it then Longwood or "South East Morrisania".

Generally the longer the commute, the cheaper the housing prices. However, I don't think Little Neck would be in the same price range as Mount Hope, and Bayside is probably out as well. Maybe if she's willing to accept a smaller apartment, she can go for Glen Oaks, Floral Park or Bellerose.

And unless one is BUYING forget even the "urban pioneering" because when and if the area improves all you will get out of it for your years of trouble are LARGER rent receipts.
