10007 vs 10013? Which part of Tribeca is best?
I'm not from NY, but I'm curious what the general consensus is. What part of Tribeca is best to live in? More northern? More southern? Closer to the Hudson? Closer to Chinatown?

It's preference but i'd like 10013 closer to the water where it's more residental and less gritty and more quiet.

I also prefer 10013, with the exception of properties immediately adjacent to the DSNY Spring Street garage that is under construction.

I hear 90210 is fun.
But I find Tribeca boring.

Let the real estate people discover that part of town, and they'll probably start calling it Tribenny (Triangle Below East New York).

Prime Tribeca is considered to be in any of the historic districts, except for the southernmost one. Close to the water north of Beach is developing nicely with new loft rennovations being pushed by Robert Deniro's son, but classically Tribeca is really from Worth to Canal east for Broadway. The Tribeca Grand area is great, older than the new stuff to the south like 101 Warren and the Truffles Tribeca building to the north near the Holland Tunnel exhaust fumes.
