So you want QUIET, not a building entrance, but nothing that costs money, like a STARBUCKS? But with lots of quiet people around.
How about a library where you can write prices down on a piece of paper and slide them back and forth?
The middle of the Brooklyn Bridge walkway?
Under the clock at the Algonquin? (It was good enough for Robert Sherwood and Dorothy Parker.)

You have to be careful. You must tell us what your goals are. It is easier to be practical as opposed to creative. Your acting as if it is a date or something.
