Thank you af22. So the livery cab issue is tied to the EMBLEM Health care privitization. What a mess.

And food for thought because I think my health care plan has been morphed into the conglomerate (Blue-Cross Blue-Shield is now Emblem????) I wonder if that means higher premiums and less services?

This is a revenue generating bill.
NYC cannot sustain its spending with stagnant and declining revenues guaranteed into the foreseeable future.

The money that Taxi's make is much more transparent than the cash only business of car service operators.
