Peace and blessings to all. I'm so glad to finally inform you that martial art classes will soon be in session starting July 5th! The class will consist of cardio training, body balance, muscle strengthing through dynamic and static conditioning and flexibility training. Students will learn basic standing postures for combative situations and basic falling, leaping and evading skills. The class will also cover various hand striking and kicking techniques, close quarters combat fighting methods and weapons training(using rubber and wooden facsimiles). Students will receive training in Chinese Kempo, Shaolin Chin Na, Okinawan Karate, and Wu Shu all housed in a foundation of Japanese Ninjutsu. If interested please respond to this invite so I can have a head count on who's coming. And also to have enough student handbooks.
