I was wondering if anyone out there was at St. Joseph's during that time or attended Oakside and remembers any of the counselors, nuns, social workers teachers or kids. Two staff member's names stick out for me; Scott Knapp and Ms. Maikish. I was also on the St Joe's swim team and recall competing against the Kennedy Home frequently. If anyone has pics from that era please post them. I look forward to hearing from you.
Peace.

Jim O'connell,
I remember you and your brother Teddy at Kennedy. I thought there was three of you and not just you and Teddy. I do not recall the name of the cottage (newly built then - and still there today), but in my room was Henry Herb, myself (Dave Zaldivar), Paul Ubriaco, and Manuel Aaron. Our cottage mother was Sister Josephine Marie. I believe you were across the hall in another room, but don't recall your roommates. I appreciate you providing the website for Kennedy Alumni's. I will defiinitely be visiting it. My email address for contacting me is zaldivar51@yahoo.com hope to hear from you and others. Regards, Dave

 Jim,
What list are you referring too? All these names came off the top of my head. I just remember those folks who were part of my early life. I'd like to talk with you very much. I will correspond with you via other means. Chat with you then.
