See the bottom two categories?

Shooting Vic
Shooting Inc

Which I guess refers to shooting victims, and shooting incidents.

Mott Haven 59 shooting victims in 2011, and 48 shooting incidents.
You really love Mott Haven

It's legacy of crime is unmatched by any neighborhood in the city.

Look, stop whining like a little girl. I chose Mott Haven at random. Stop derailing the topic, quit crying, and just pretend I used another precinct. Ok?

Whos crying and whining, its legacy is un paramount hip hip hooray thanks for a hundred years of Polish, German bootleggtleggin, Italian, Irish, Puerto Rican, gun slinging African Americans, drug dealing Dominicans and illegal Mexicans. Wait a minute Mott Haven out shines Jamaica Queens, Brownsville, les prior gentrification, Harlem in criminality? Go read minority report its a good book about stopping murders in New York City.

It's about time they started including the shooting stats. This gives us a much more balanced view of some neighborhoods are doing instead of just looking at the murder count.

Not sure if everyone knows this, but to accommodate the new opening of the Barclays Center, the precinct limits have changed for the 77th and 78th precinct. The 78th pct, which is know to police Park Slope, has expanded into Prospect Heights until Vanderbilt Ave where the 77th pct now begins. So PH is now policed by two pcts.

Since Park Slope is already considered completely gentrified they will use the "reduction" in crime from the 77th to continue to falsely label those areas in Prospect Heights and surrounding Prospect Heights which are still in that transitional phase...
