The bigger problem in this story is not even about NYPD corruption
anymore, but how did we ended up with clueless judges like Gustin
Reichbach. A few tears in front of him and you can get a free pass
for planting crack on innocent people. I wonder if he will be just as
lenient if someone did that to his family or friends in the future.

Yea I know I was just saying there's been so much corruption reported within the NYPD and they just keep getting away with it like in this guys case.

So much marijuana arrest last year. Who ever knew patting down African Americans Dominicans and jamaicans could be this fun for cops.

Bronx youths, including 12-year-old, hit in quadruple*shooting during basketball game at West Farms park* - NY Daily News

4 youths shot outside of a park in West Farms section of the Bronx. In order to end the violence is to end and eliminate the drug trade or even legalize drugs or try to reverse the Harrison act and maybe crime will go down.

If they legalized and regulated the drug market the best the could I think the affects if would have would be far better than the war on drugs.

Past year and a half I would say... Don't know the last time Bushwick had 17 murders in one year but according to the latest reports that's what happened last year and this year has been no better for Bushwick and South/East Williamsburg as well...

Also what's interesting to me is the overall numbers for last year...
http://www.nyc.gov/html/nypd/downloa...ics/cscity.pdf

Don't know if anyone's been paying attention but supposedly the final numbers for 2011 in terms of the murder rate on January 14th were 502... the following week they were 508 and now they're at 515...

The accuracy of compstat really is amazing... Kelly's incompetency and misrepresentation of facts really knows no bounds...
