Default Which New York Are You...?

If you feel as if you're in a New York state of mind, which New York City setting are you hoping to find?

And if you've ever been caught between the moon and New York City, which New York story do you most relate to?

A) movie: Annie Hall / Woody Allen's New York

B) movie: Midnight Cowboy New York

C) movie: Taxi Driver New York

D) TV series: Taxi New York

E) TV series: Friends New York

F) TV series: Seinfeld New York

G) TV series: Sex and the City New York

H) movie and/or novel: Bright Lights, Big City New York

I) TV series: How I Met Your Mother New York

J) Other New York stories

You really have a limited view of New York. The life of most New Yorkers is nothing like what you see on TV.

I guess exploring New York I probably thought of Sex and the City the most out of those. I can't stand the show, to be honest, but have seen a few episodes when really bored. I had a cupcake at that Magnolia place which was great. I didn't do any high end shopping, though, lol.

Well, considering there's nary a person of color in your list of books/movies/tv, and New York City is majority Black/Latino/Asian city, none of those choices are my New York State of MInd. None.

My version of NYC:

50% "I Like It Like That"
10% "A Bronx Tale"
40% "The Devil's Advocate"
