Favorite movies set in NYC?
A few of mine:
The Panic in Needle Park with Al Pacino as a dope addict on the Upper West Side back when it was very sleazy.
Most Woody Allen movies, esp. Manhattan and Annie Hall.
My Sister Aileen--a very old movie about two sisters who move into a basement apt in Greenwich Village.
Neil Simon's NY movies--the Odd Couple, The Goodbye Girl, Barefoot in the Park, etc.
The Godfather I and II.
