They probably won't actually have any actual scanner, just a button they push which turns red for automatic probable cause.

I get that it is a tool to be used, and can be useful, so is the ability to stop everyone, all the time, and do a full body scan. It will certainly go a long way to "keeping us safe"...so why not do it? It will save us all..clearly we should all want to do this and have no problem with it. And while we are at it, just to be sure we get as many of those criminals as possible, we should all be submitting hair/blood/urinal samples on a daily basis...that will surely catch the few criminals that make it through the daily full body scans.

And then we will all be SAFE! If you are not doing anything wrong, and have nothing to hide, then it won't be a problem, right? Oh and let's do random searches of your home also...and then we will be 100% safe! Sign me up!

Button? HA, they dont need probable cause anymore. They will just make up some lie in the criminal complaint that will give them probable cause and in court it will be your word vs the cops.

But dont be discouraged!!!. If you're going to win a trial via jury of your peers you have the highest chances of winning in this city. You only need ONE member of the jury to find you not guilty (jury nullification).

Probable cause.... SMD!
