I may be too skeptic as a person but these types of stories sound more like either some sort of BS, or it could be "real" in the sense that the person having these types of experiences suffers from some sort of mental disease. That's my 2 cents anyway.

My sincere advice is not to go down the psychic medium pathway, but to enlist the services of an experienced exorcist.

It's most likely that occult practices on the site gave rise to this phenomenon in the first place, so doing more of the same will only end up opening up a whole new can of worms.

I think it is only reasonable for the ghosts to kick in their fair share of the rent.

If you are looking for an apartment in NYC that is haunted, I will suggest my old apartment building - 31 St. Mark's Place NYC.
