I drink soy milk and almond milk, but more because I'm lactose intolerant and not because it's the "cool" thing to do.

LOL
I actually like indie films and music, sometimes I eat organic food, and I still think Pabst beer is drinkable, but I wouldn't consider myself a full-blown Hipster.
It's all an undefined stereo-type that's subjective to what we perceive to be part of the 'hispter sub-culture'.

Lucky for me I'm able to talk about philopsophy in films and knowing lyrics to many eighties songs with some of these chicks, to talking about beau, savant garde and post modern art. Talking about occupy wall street helps too which I had been too just to check it out, or even talking about baking bread with organic flour also helps too. Cant wait till the weather gets warm.
Hmmmm I didnt think anyone was up on that. I see now I have competition. Im going to get a jump on it before the summer starts, ill let you know the score.

Bronxguyanese is right. Make a list from what myself and others have previously listed. Learn the buzz words and you'll score for sure! Oh, and don't forget, say "like yah" a lot. Good luck.

And art galleries! Make sure you know where art galleries have been set up in neighborhoods like East Williamsburg and Bushwick. "Did you see the new exhibit at the English Kills gallery?" You're immediately an insider!

I find it amusing you guys hate hipsters yet you're trying to sleep with them. You couldn't pay me to sleep with one of those guys.
