Hey I hate to start a thread about this but I couldnt find it anywhere else. Does anyone know if Fios is available in Woodlawn in the Bronx? If not, where would you go to get cable/internet?

Considering a move and can't seem to find this info anywhere! thanks

It'll probably be there soon enough. Verizon is still working on running the needs cabling, etc. in the "unavailable" areas.

I would never base a possible move on availability of fios.I hated it and switched back to cable, which I like much better.Verizon fios claims were a bunch of BS if you ask me.

Really?! I hated cable and am so much happier with FIOS. I had so many problems with cable; my internet connection was HORRIBLE, slow, and kept disconnecting and my cable would go out far too often. But it's good to have the choice for one or the other (or satellite if the building allows).
