Hi everyone, I have found a few garden apartment co-ops that allow owners to rent and also allow washing machines and dryers in Queens, New York. Does anyone know of any others?
I am not looking for apartments in buildings - just garden apartments and similar structures.
Also, I don't mean to be rude but I don't want this to turn into a long conversation about why there needs to be a washer/dryer in the apartment if there is a laundry room on the premises. I found some complexes and would like to see a few others. Here's what I found so far:
- holliswood gardens in holliswood - allows washer/dryer on lower apartments where they were grandfathered in
- meadowlark gardens in fresh meadows
- alley pond in bayside
