The Christmas Tree will soon be lit. It is being broadcast live as I post on channel 4.
The performances are phenomenal and in very good taste. There are many who still believe.
Wow... Just lit.....The tree is beautiful. I think it is the most beautiful tree I have seen in years.
Blessed Holidays to all.

It's beautiful and iconic and one of the great NYC holiday traditions. Whether it's a big deal or newsworthy is entirely in the eye of the beholder .

If you are Christian....yes
If you like music...yes
If you love to see people of all faiths gather peacefully...yes
If you just love to see a beautifully lit tree by all means ...yes

Sharing in harmony...
