Default New East 153rd street bridge in the Bronx.

Had no Idea this was being done, very interesting. Should help ease traffic on 161th street, as well as the Macombs and 145th street bridges. The concourse area will look very different in about 10 to 15 years.

It's going to be great. It will also include bike lanes and sidewalks, providing a safer alternative to busy E 149th St. This will be the first cable-stayed bridge in NY state. Even though this will be a aesthetically dramatic project, it will be designed to fit into the existing urban fabric.

Combine this with the re-zoning of the lower Grand Concourse and you have undiscovered potential.
