Hey Guys,
I may go to Fordham Law School after I finish school up down in Florida. I need to find a neighborhood that is affordable. I would really like to live in a neighborhood with a lot of graduate students and young professionals, but it does not have to be that way. I want to find a place that is under $900 a month, if that is possible and within reasonable distance to the law school, and preferably near a subway line or bus stop.

Remember Fordham Law school is not where the regular college is. It is located on West 6nd street. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

There is no where near W. 62nd street that has $900 apts. You have to be prepared to live a subway ride away and to have roommates. If you scroll down a page of two you'll see a thread just like yours. I think it was suggested that the person going to Fordham look into Inwood or Astoria. I always suggest getting in touch with Fordham and asking for off campus recs and roommate suggestions. GL
