I would buy something in Brooklyn Heights first, then something in London and Milan.

I would want to combine two homes in Brooklyn Heights though, complete interior renovations too.

You'd burn through that 300 million (after taxes) pretty quick buying a nice place in every neighborhood.

I would move out of New York City in a heartbeat.

But if I chose to stay, probably the Upper East Side [Park Avenue] or Park Slope.

Well the guy first said every neighborhood, but then listed the Boros. If he did it in every neighborhood, he might not even make it out of Manhattan before the money was gone. One in every Boro, well of course he could do that.

The LAST thing I would want is home ownership. I would want to RENT splendor and then easily leave it behind and move on.
Who wants to worry about buying and selling?

PARIS a year, Florence a year, Vienna a year, Copenhagen a year. By then I'd have seen everything I want to in Europ and then do Montreal (for 3 seasons,) San Franciso for a Year...lovely Islands for winter rentals with a particular fondness for Mustique with it's magnificent estates to entertain my friends in Winter. Perhaps a 90 day round the world cruse on the Queen Mary...(remember to bring belts of increasing waist sizes but then I imagine the gym is pretty state of the art.)

I don't want anywhere where kidnapping is a hobby for the local residents.

But it's all moot, I got bupkis...3 tickets with one number each, 4 with NADA. In truth I buy lottery tickets to give me some good daydreaming time.

I would move out of NYC in a heartbeat, and never come back to this hellhole.

I'm already moving out of NYC next year though for good, and I can't wait!
