It would be one of four: Riverdale, Pelham Gardens, Brooklyn Heights or Park Slope.

Out of New York - Jersey City or Hoboken overlooking the skyline.

Winning tickets are usually sold in rural small towns with population < 50.
New Yorkers can keep dreaming.

Where in NYC would I live?
Far away. Far, far away.
But I would come visit now and again.

Not the illuminati, but plenty of people who will never have to worry about money while they're still breathing. Professionally, I've dealt with plenty of the true elite, none of which I'd ever want to spend time with outside of work. And don't get all crazy. I have a feeling where you're looking to go with this. I'm no liberal who wants their money or anything. I just want them as far from me as possible.

I'd buy me a nice big Tudor house in Forest Hills Gardens.
