Default Young Black woman relocating to find work

Hello just turned 25 graduated a few months ago with a masters and want to relocate for better job prospects. I would like an active city. If you have advice or suggestions I would appreciate. I am looking for work in a community position and want a city that has lots of singles. I would also like to know if there is a site with others who are trying to do the same thing

can you be more specific about what you mean by "community position?" What industry? What job titles have you been interested in? What type of responsibilities would you like to have? What's your salary range?

What's your degree in?

Agree with Queensgrl it seems like you want to be in an active neighborhood but haven't said what your budget is which is pretty crucial to know if you want to move to NYC considering the high COL over here...

In terms of what you're looking for it sounds like Inwood in Manhattan would be a good place for you... Area has changed alot in recent years and is very diverse and has a good singles nightlife... Astoria would've been a decent choice as well but I knew a few friends of mine who were black that didn't feel comfortable around there... Nothing overt, just some looks but just to be on the safe side i'd definitely say Inwood> Astoria in terms of diverse singles nightlife... Fort Greene/Clinton Hill could be another potential choice but certain parts are kinda pricey...
