We are two students of architecture and we are doing a study about Downtown Manhattan. The first question we had was why the people leave Manhattan and go to other zones and some people answered us that it was because the high price of the 3bedroom appartments and the poor quality of the services for kids (playgrounds, leagues...)
Now we need to meet families that live in Downtown Manhattan, and how do they manage to live there with their children. The reasons why they decided to stay in Downtown.
