Hello, my family and I will be moving to the Brooklyn area in late July. I currently have a 2 year old son and I will be 5 months pregnant when we move. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on a great OBGYN and a pediatrician. Thanks!

Why don't you start by asking your current ones for recommendations?

We currently live in Utah so none of the doctors here know of any in New York.

Not positive yet. My husband will be doing his graduate school at NYU Poly which is downtown but with our budget of $1,600 a month for a 2 bedroom we are thinking we will have to go a little further out. I don't mind a commute for a good doctor though.

Once you get here, you can ask for recommendations on the local parents' message boards. There groups and sub-groups for the various neighborhoods. For example I belong to a general kids group, a baby group, and a group for kids born in the same quarter as my daughter.
