Does anyone know if you have to be a residence in NYC or NY State to apply for Spring Creek Towers? I currently work @ JFK but reside in NJ. Does Spring Creek Towers take of state applications? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure but it all depends on whether they take federal money, most commonly called "236 funds."
If they DO, then they cannot discriminate based on state of residence.

Anyone can apply for the apartments. They go according to your income not where you come from.
