I know some of the investigators in this case and it may be a case where both sides are wrong at some point. There is certianly substantial harrassment occurring but this guy hasn't been a good neighbor also. To make matters worse, one of the neighborhood residents allegedly knew a cop from the local precinct and had him stack up a bunch of noise summonses on the Guyanese fellow after the white guy was arrested. Cop's in trouble now too....

Its become a real mess.
